On July 30, Higold Group held its IPO listing ceremony for A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, officially listing on the Main Board. This milestone establishes its position as  "first functional hardware stock in China".Trading under the abbreviation "Higold GROUP" (stock code: 001221), this debut signifies the company’s new chapter in the capital market.

The Chairman of Higold Group, Mr. Alwin Ou, was awarded the title of "Advanced Entrepreneur of the New Era" by the government; he was selected as a honorary winner in the "China Home Furnishing Industry Hall of Fame" by China National Furniture Association.
Higold's intelligent purification sink, which can solve food safety problems,  has been featured in CCTV's programme "Consumer Advocate".

The foundation of the Higold Star Headquarters has been officially laid, as the first artwork and landmark building for the Italian Ferrari design team Pininfarina, being in the spotlight.

Higold outdoor furniture gradually extended to outdoor ovens, outdoor umbrellas.

Higold built a new production base in Shunde High-tech Zone, with a construction area of nearly 200,000 square meters;

Higold was awarded The Red Dot Award with its original design "Space Capsule" Outdoor Furniture. The opening of flagship store of outdoor furniture with an area of 1000㎡in  Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Higold E-commerce Company was established, and products were sold on e-commerce platforms such as T mall and JD.com.

Higold Kitchenware Company was established, and the product line was extended to kitchen hardware such as sinks and faucets.

Products sold to 56 countries and regions around the world;

Higold outdoor furniture company participated in SPOGA exhibition in Cologne, Germany for the first time with its own brand, with a booth of 150 square meters.

The domestic market strategy has achieved remarkable results, and won the title of "Top 10 kitchen and bathroom accessories enterprises in China".

Survived after the Asian financial crisis, Higold was determined to focus on domestic sales, supplemented by exports, and focus on design and branding as the core of development.

Higold began to enter the Chinese market.

Functional hardware products such as corner and tall cabinet units were successful developed and put into production;

and began to cooperate with several well-known domestic cabinet industry customers.

The production base was relocated to Xingtan East Village, expanded to 15,000 square meters.

In the same year, Higold Outdoor Furniture was established, marking the beginning of its foray into the outdoor furniture sector and exploring diversified development.

"Higold" was established to engage in hardware processing and exportation by renting a 1,500 square meters factory in Nanlang, Xingtan town.
